OBJECT : Your proposal CQFD « L’habitat modulable »

Monsieur,

I want to thank you for participating in the competition « Optimized Housing :
Cost, Quality, Reliability, Delivery » on the initiative of Jean-Louis Borloo,
Minister of Work, Solidarity and Housing where the ambition is to open new ways
of progress in rapidity and quality in the building and construction field.

I have the pleasure to inform you that your proposal has been selected by the jury on January 18 2006, this one presided by Marc-Philippe Daubresse, former minister, Mayor of Lambersat.

Your proposal now benefits of the label CQFD and may by this be presented to constructors to engage housing operations within the plan of social rehabilitation and the National Plan For Urban Renovation.

These operations might in some cases be registered as part of the experimental realisation program CQFD followed by the PUCA, in collaboration with l’ANRU and l’USH ( Union For Social Builders).

The registration will be done according to the signature of the protocol for experimentation
which will define the conditions of how to use the method CQFD within the planned operations and particularly the performances of cost, quality, reliability and delays expected.
